All tested parameters fully comply with the national standard GB/T 13663.2-2018, "Polyethylene (PE) piping systems for water supply—Part 2: Pipes."

This national inspection focused on critical criteria, including pipe dimensions and wall thickness, hydrostatic strength, elongation at break, longitudinal reversion, oxidation induction time, and hygiene standards. As PE water supply pipes are directly linked to the safety of drinking water for residents, their hygienic performance and long-term pressure-bearing stability are non-negotiable, core requirements.

Our factory exclusively uses virgin PE100 raw material, supported by a comprehensive, closed-loop quality control system. This includes real-time monitoring of pipe weight per meter and routine in-house laboratory testing. We strictly enforce hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that substandard practices—such as the use of recycled materials or reduced wall thickness—are strictly prohibited.
