Installation Method for Quick-Connect PE Pipe Fittings

1. Cut the end of the PE pipe squarely; ensure there are no plastic shavings or other debris present.

2. Install the components of the PE fitting onto the PE pipe in the correct sequence (refer to the diagram for the installation order).

3. Notes:

(1) The length of the pipe extending beyond the sealing ring should be between 5 mm and 10 mm; do not make it too long. Adjustments within this specified range may be made based on the PE pipe diameter.

(2) The beveled side of the pressure washer must face the steel clamp; incorrect orientation may compromise the fitting's ability to withstand high pressure.

(3) During installation, firmly hold the steel clamp to prevent the sealing ring and pressure washer from shifting while inserting the pipe into the fitting. Failure to do so may result in the pipe being inserted too deeply, which could impair performance.

4. Once installed, tighten the assembly using a dedicated wrench.
